Description
Confidence is a muscle we must exercise. The more we use it, the stronger it gets. Ponder this…the more I put my confidence in the Lord, the more confident I grow. I am safe and secure from all fear and danger. The Lord is my confidence. The Lord is my help. He is my strength. Choose to think confidently, be self-assured, live brashly (energetic or highly spirited), boldly and brazenly (bold & shameless).
Our confidence cannot be found in the flesh — it comes from the intercession of Christ. He is our High Priest.
So I declare – choose to approach the throne of grace with confidence so that you can receive mercy and find grace to help you in your time of need.
Romans 10:13 (MSG) Scripture reassures us, “No one who trusts God like this—heart and soul—will ever regret it.” It’s exactly the same no matter what a person’s religious background may be: the same God for all of us, acting the same incredibly generous way to everyone who calls out for help. “Everyone who calls, ‘Help, God!’ gets help.”
